The operator of a water sanitation project for 5 towns in the Dominican Republic, Vinci Construction Grands Projets has selected GEFCO as its logistics service provider to transport all of the materials and equipment required to construct the sanitation network and water treatment plants.
Challenge
- Handle the transport and customs clearance of 20 units of heavy equipment and 600 containers over four years.
- Handle the return of part of the material to its various places of origin.

- After a serie of test operations* around fifty containers have been shipped in two months from Le Havre (France) to the Dominican Republic.
